New Habits and Routines

I am constantly trying out new ideas or concepts to tweak my schedule. I try something for a few weeks to see how it goes — does it fall off, do I stop doing it or does it get added to the list.

As of the beginning of 2021 I’ve added two new habits to my daily life out of some evaluations, I did near the end of 2020 on my overall Screen time usage, published here and here.
