Standups are tough.
In all the meetings I have on an ongoing basis, they are the hardest to execute correctly and the ones that I put the most effort into getting right.
When to Schedule it
For one, simply scheduling the standup is an activity in of itself that you will put more thought into than any other meeting you have.
